I solemnly agree to pay for the corresponding charges for the services
indicated below.

	(1) Translation of details : Yen 300/car : (sales point/remarks/Assessor's comment, etc.)
	(2)Bidding charge : Yen 1,000/car

	Important notice The above (1) will be charged with no regard to whether bid for the car has been made or not. A. In case of above (2), I agree to pay 20% of my bidding price or 20% of the FOB price (Yen 100,000 minimum for either case), under the condition that the bidding is to be successful, as a deposit with my Credit Card. I also agree to bear the F.O.B. charges in addition to the bidding price of the car and the rest of mount shall be paid by T.T. (wire) remittance within 2 - 14 days. In case the purchased cars are not paid in full within 14 days, Yen 500 - 1,000/day will be added on top of the F.O.B. charges, as storage fee and penalty of the delayed payment. B. I have read exemption clause of claims.

	D. Quick payment (Yen 10,000 is to be discounted from the aboveF.O.B. charges under the condition that T.T. is to be made within 48 hours after the purchase of the cars and copy of the bank evidence must be sent to us by Fax within 72 hours).

	E.. The agreement will be effective only for the next auction.
	F. If the bid does not go successfully in the next auction, I request to participate in the auctions or request you to purchase from other sources for the next consecutive month. I will specify cars and desired prices later by Fax or E-mail.
