Following is the terms and conditions related to payment and delivery of
vehicles:

After receiving our Pro-forma invoice, customers are required to pay the
100% of the total amount within the validity period stated on the invoice
before the shipment to confirm the order.
All bank transfer charges should be paid by the customer.
We also accept payment in LC. |

Discount Policy
| EARLY PAYMENT DISCOUNT |
Decrease 5,000YEN for your next exchange, if the account is settled once within two working
days. |
| SILVER DISCOUNT |
If you purchase 5 or more vehicles in one month and pay the full FOB price
within 5 working days, the charge of the last vehicle INSIDE the same month
will be deducted by the product of 7,000YEN and the total number of vehicles purchased in that month. |
| GOLD DISCOUNT |
If you purchase 10 or more vehicles in one month and pay the full FOB price
within 5 working days, the charge of the last vehicle INSIDE the same month
will be deducted by the product of 15,000YEN and the total number of vehicles purchased in that month. |
| DIAMOND DISCOUNT |
If you purchase 20 or more vehicles in one month and pay the full FOB price
within 5 working days, the charge of the last vehicle INSIDE the same month
will be deducted by the product of 20,000YEN and the total number of vehicles purchased in that month. |

| Document |
Copies of the commercial invoices and Bill of Lading will be faxed to the
customer immediately after the shipment. Upon receiving the full and final
payment, the necessary documents of commercial invoices, Bill of Lading,
and Japanese de-registration document with english translation will be
dispatched to consignee's address through the quickest courier services.
