| Following is the terms and conditions related to payment and delivery of
vehicles: |
|
- After receiving our Pro-forma invoice, customers are required to pay the 50% of the total amount within the validity period stated on the Invoice before the shipment to confirm the order.
- The balance of the total amount should be paid within three working days
after the shipment. (Copies of the B/L and commercial Invoice will be faxed
as soon as the vessel leaves Japan)
- All payments should be made by Telegraphic Transfer to our Bank Account.
- Full payment is recommended, as regards the following discount policy.
- All bank transfer charges should be paid by customers.
- All vehicles are available on first come first serve basis.crown 58

Early
Payment Discount
|
Decrease 5,000 yen for your
next exchange, if the account is settled once within two working days.
|

Silver
Discount
|
If you purchase 5 or more vehicles in one month and pay the full FOB price
within 5 working days, the charge of the last vehicle INSIDE the same month will be deducted
by the product of 7,000 yen and the total number of
vehicles purchased in that month.

Golden
Discount
|
If you purchase 10 or more vehicles in one month and pay the full FOB price
within 5 working days, the charge of the last vehicle INSIDE the same month will be deducted by
the product of 15,000 yen and the total number of vehicles purchased in that month.

Diamond
Discount
|
If you purchase 20 or more vehicles in one month and pay the full FOB price
within 5 working days, the charge of the last vehicle INSIDE the same month will be deducted
by the product of 20,000 yen and the total number of vehicles purchased in that month.

Copies of the commercial Invoices and Bill of loading will be faxed to
the customers as soon after the shipment.
Upon receiving the full and final payment the necessary Original documents including Commercial Invoices, Bill of Loading, and Japanese Registration document with English translation will be dispatched to consignee's address through fastest courier services
